Do I need SvgTrace Pro?
No. Anyone can place an order with a free SvgTrace account. Sign in with an active SvgTrace Pro account to get 30% off.
How do I prepare the files for my production workflow?
Tell us your intended use when you upload, including important colors, shapes and lettering. Review your delivered artwork in your production software and confirm dimensions, paths and color requirements before printing or cutting. Request an included revision if an artwork detail needs adjusting.
How is my price decided?
We assess the shapes, lettering, and fine detail in the uploaded image. You’ll see the tier and exact USD price before checkout. The quote is valid for 30 minutes.
What do my three revisions cover?
You can request three rounds of changes to the vector result using the original image. Describe the corrections in your order page. Your previous files stay available while we work.
How will I receive my files?
We email a link to your order when it’s ready. Sign in to download your SVG, PDF, EPS, and DXF files. You can also return to My orders at any time.
Is this embroidery digitizing?
Trace Orders creates vector artwork. It does not produce embroidery stitch files such as DST or PES.
