We want you to love SvgTrace. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription, here's how to get your money back — the steps depend on whether you signed up on the web or through the iPhone App Store.

If you signed up at pro.svgtrace.com, email our refunds team and we'll take care of the rest. Most refunds are processed within 24 hours.

iPhone / iPad refund App Store
If you subscribed inside the SvgTrace iPhone app, Apple manages billing and refunds — SvgTrace can't issue refunds for App Store purchases. Apple's process is quick and works on iPhone, iPad, or in any web browser.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
- Pick a reason, then tap Next.
- Select your SvgTrace subscription or charge, then tap Submit.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a refund take?
For web refunds, we process eligible requests within 24 hours of receiving your email. The refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For App Store refunds, timing is controlled by Apple.
Do I need to cancel before I request a refund?
No — when we process your refund we cancel the subscription as part of it. If you'd rather cancel yourself first, the steps are at svgtrace.com/how-to-cancel.
I was charged after my free trial — can I get a refund?
Yes. If you forgot to cancel before your 7-day trial ended and you're within 30 days of the charge, email refunds@svgtrace.com (web purchases) or use reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store purchases).
I don't recognize a charge from SvgTrace — what should I do?
Charges from us typically appear as SVGTRACE or SvgTrace Pro (web), or APPLE.COM/BILL / iTunes (App Store). If you're not sure the charge is from us, email support@svgtrace.com with the date and last 4 digits of the card and we'll check.
My refund request was denied or I haven't heard back — what now?
For web refunds, reply to your original email or send a new one to refunds@svgtrace.com and we'll personally follow up. For App Store refunds, Apple's decision is final — but you can re-submit if your situation changes (for example, if the subscription was unauthorized).
