How to cancel your SvgTrace subscription

You can cancel SvgTrace Pro in about 30 seconds. The steps depend on where you originally signed up — choose Web or iPhone / App Store below.

Cancel on Web pro.svgtrace.com

If you signed up on the SvgTrace website (desktop or phone browser), cancel here. This takes about 30 seconds.

  1. Go to pro.svgtrace.com and sign in.
  2. Open Account. On mobile, tap the menu icon at the top first.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Open Subscription.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Heads up: SvgTrace may offer a discount or a pause option during cancellation. These are optional — you can skip past them to complete the cancellation. You'll keep access to SvgTrace Pro until the end of your current billing period.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad App Store

If you subscribed inside the SvgTrace iPhone app, Apple manages your billing. You'll need to cancel from your device's settings — SvgTrace cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap SvgTrace (or SvgTrace Pro).
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Don't see SvgTrace listed? The subscription may be under a different Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund the most recent one. If you'd like to request a refund:

  • Web purchases: SvgTrace Pro includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Submit a request at svgtrace.com/refund-request.
  • App Store (iOS) purchases: Apple handles all refunds for App Store transactions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Frequently asked questions

Will I be charged again after I cancel?

No. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your subscription won't renew. You'll keep access to SvgTrace Pro until the end of your current billing period, then your account will switch to the free plan.

What happens to my designs after I cancel?

Your account and your saved designs stay put. You'll still be able to sign in and download any SVGs you previously created. Pro-only features (advanced editor tools, unlimited exports, commercial license) pause until you resubscribe.

I can't find the Account or Subscription button.

Make sure you're signed in at pro.svgtrace.com — not the free converter homepage at svgtrace.com. On mobile, tap the menu icon at the top to reveal the Account link. If you still don't see it after signing in, you may not have an active subscription on that email address. Email support@svgtrace.com from the email on your account and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.

Can SvgTrace cancel my subscription for me?

For web subscriptions, yes — email support@svgtrace.com from the email on your account and we'll cancel within 24 hours. For App Store subscriptions, only Apple can cancel (Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SvgTrace).

I was charged for a free trial — what happened?

SvgTrace Pro includes a 7-day free trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you forgot to cancel and were charged within the last 30 days, you're eligible for a refund — submit one at svgtrace.com/refund-request (web) or at reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS).

Where did the charge on my statement come from?

Charges from SvgTrace typically appear as SVGTRACE, SvgTrace Pro, or — for App Store purchases — as APPLE.COM/BILL or iTunes. If you don't recognize a charge and aren't sure it's from us, email support@svgtrace.com with the last 4 digits of the card or the date of the charge and we'll check your account.

I cancelled but was still charged — what now?

This usually means the cancellation didn't complete (a common cause is closing the page before the final confirmation). Email support@svgtrace.com from the email on your account with the date of the charge, and we'll verify, cancel if needed, and process a refund where eligible.
